AAM Institute Names Selika Talbott as VP of Strategic Policy

The Advanced Air Mobility Institute has appointed Selika Josiah Talbott, J.D., to its Board of Directors as Vice President of Strategic Policy.

Selika Talbott brings a wealth of experience and expertise in mobility and transportation technology, leveraging her extensive background to drive policy initiatives that support the advancement of air mobility technologies in her role at the Institute.

Talbott said; “AAM will be a dynamic part of the future of mobility. It holds enormous potential for reshaping transportation and connectivity. From access to remote areas, transforming how we travel, and life-saving capabilities, AAM is truly a window into complete freedom of movement. I am honored to be a part of this community and join AAM Institute in their pursuit of educating and advocating in the global aviation ecosystem for the benefit of all.”

Founder and CEO of Autonomous Vehicle Consulting, LLC, a consulting practice focused on the application of technology in transportation, autonomous vehicles, robot delivery, and clean tech, Talbott is a leading industry voice and a sought-after media expert frequently contributing to Forbes.com on the investment and implementation of new mobility initiatives.

She serves as an adjunct professor at the University of Southern California educating on transportation technology and future mobility. As an accomplished author known for her children’s book series “Sammie and Sally,” Talbott strives to educate young readers on new mobility concepts and traditional safety messages, alongside a distinguished career in numerous governmental roles.
